Formal advice (advocacy, facilitation, mediation & legal) relating to: employment options, information on HD for employers, employment law and employment rights, changes to working patterns, workplace adaptations and equipment.

Health And Work Support
Integrated Multi Agency Arrangements, Referral Pathways and Resources
Referral to HD Specialist who will assess support required, either providing direct advice to client and/or employer, or referring to/ coordinating one or more of the key services identified for specialist advice
For under 25 year olds, refer to Specialist Youth Advisors who will assess support required before referring on to one or more of the key services identified for specialist advice and vocational rehabilitation
