HD Specialists to consider housing needs and refer client to relevant services for formal assessment of housing needs and options.
There should be a nominated Housing Officer (North Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, East Ayrshire) – or local area coordination group – in each area with whom the HD Specialists can liaise to highlight clients with complex needs or who are facing difficulties resolving their housing problems.
